Care Planning - ITEP & Outcome Star Approach For Managers Training - 1 Day - T0289b

Abstract

The aim of the course is to familiarise course participants with the use and implementation of care planning using ITEP and the Outcome Star and what this means for practice. Managers will become familiar with using these approaches and how to analyse this process and utilise this methodology across working practice within addiction services.  A range of issues will be addressed on the course with the aim of giving participants a robust understanding and confidence in how to operationalise this tool within a framework of best practice methodology.
