Abstract

The aim of the course is to give course participants a level of skill base in the application of cognitive behavioural therapy and to act as trainers in this area in order to deliver a one day programme in applications in practice of cognitive behavioural therapy.  A variety of applications will be addressed on the course with the focus being towards working with children and young people and how to facilitate training around this topic.
