Connected Persons (Form C) Foster Carer Assessment Training - 2 Days - T0298

Abstract

The aim of this course is to familiarise course participants with how to undertake a Connected Person’s (Form C) Assessment in line with the regulations guidance set out in The Care Planning, Placement and Case Review (England) Regulations 2010.  Course participants will familiarise themselves with all the assessment areas required in order to undertake a robust and comprehensive assessment process.  The course will inform best practice and skills practitioners in this field of work.
