Course participants will be given thorough grounding in utilising a methodological therapeutic framework within the workplace setting. The focus of the course will address issues pertinent to working with people with alcohol and/or drug problems, (specifically around Dual Diagnosis). Participants will be given guidance in applying therapeutic skills in the context of motivational interviewing, and solution focused practice, ITEP and cognitive and behavioural therapy.
