Autism, ASD & ADHD Training - 1 Day - T0201i

Abstract

The aim of the course is to familiarise course participants with the concept of Autism, Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Aspergers Syndrome and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.  A full analysis of these disorders will take place in order to address the range of issues that these disorders bring up for carers within a care setting.  Thorough analysis of the issues will be addressed in order to create insightful practice in dealing more effectively with people who have these disorders where they have experienced significant changes in their lives. The varying degrees of these disorders will be explored in order to ascertain communication links with individuals. There will be constant adherence to good practice issues throughout the training.
