Supporting Families Training - 1 Day - T0261

Abstract

The aim of the course is to familiarise course participants with the issues inherent in supporting and working with families in both a child in need and child protection context.  The range of issues will be addressed in the context of how to support families appropriately and how services can be marginalising towards families.  Issues pertaining to supporting families where there is complexity involved will be dealt with throughout the training.  Issues pertaining to best practice will be adhered to throughout the training course.
