Framework For Assessment & Care Planning Training - 1 Day - T0262

Abstract

The aim of the course is to familiarise course participants with the issues inherent in the framework for assessment in families and care planning processes. The range of issues will be addressed in the context of how to conduct appropriate assessments that will inform issues pertaining to care planning processes.  The legal aspects of the assessment framework and care planning will be addressed on the training.  Issues pertaining to best practice will be adhered to throughout the training course.
