Abstract

The aim of the course is to give course participants a level of skill base in the application of Route Cause Analysis and to act as trainers in this area in order to deliver a one or two day course.  A variety of applications will be addressed on the course with the focus being toward the application of RCA and how to facilitate training around this topic.  The course will also address the full range of issues specific to RCA.
