Abstract

The aim of this course is to enable course participants to explore the issues relating to risk and the assessment of risk from a managers perspective within child and family services.  Thorough explanation will be given in all aspects of risk related to child protection from a manager’s perspective.  The legal issues will be addressed throughout the course in order help participants understand legal mandate within the risk assessment process within child protection work.
