Abstract

The aim of this course is to familiarise course participants with the legal issues inherent within counselling practice and how this translates to interfacing with clients/patients during therapy and treatment.  A variety of issues will be addressed on the course to highlight individual responsibility and accountability within direct practice.  The course is aimed at informing best practice methodology.
