Stress Management Awareness Training - Half Day - T0245a

Abstract

The aim of the course is to enable participants to explore issues relating to the concepts of stress management and how stress can effect work performance. Course participants will review how the individual can respond to stress in and outside the workplace.  Individuals will learn how stress affects the body both physically and emotionally and how you can learn to deal with stress effectively in order to create a work life balance.  The course is aimed at informing best practice methodology.
