Abstract

The aim of the course is to familiarise course participants with the concepts relating to Domestic Abuse in order for participants to act as facilitators within their own organisational setup.  The course will cover a wide range of issues in order that facilitators are able to construct their own basic training around their own organisational needs and requirements. The focus will be very much practice based in order that individuals have thorough and robust ways of highlighting the issues pertaining to Domestic Abuse practice.  The facilitating role will have to feed directly in to the issues and needs of the organization and fit best practice methodology.
