Dealing With Disciplinaries Training - 2 Days - T0253

Abstract

The aim of this course is to enable course participants to review the disciplinary procedural process in order to gain confidence in how to undertake disciplinaries within the organisation.  Course participants will become familiar with what the disciplinary process actually means and how to deal with them effectively.  Grounding will be given in how to deal with disciplinaries in a professional and efficient manner.  Processes will be explored at length in how to manage disciplinaries within services and how to co-ordinate them within the organisation.  Course participants will also become familiar with good practice issues in relation to the disciplinary procedures.
