PACE (Police and Criminal Evidence Act) Awareness Training - 1 Day - T0231

Abstract

The aim of the course is familiarise course participants with the Police & Criminal Evidence Act and the implications that this has in terms of direct practice.  Course participants will be given an awareness of the role required in order to fulfil the requirements of an appropriate adult in police investigations.  The course is designed to feed directly into best practice issues within the context of the role required.  A basic awareness will be given in to the legislation pertaining to this Act.
