Abstract

The aim of the course is to familiarise course participants with the concepts relating to the delivery of training in order for participants to act as facilitators within their own organisational setup.  The course will cover a wide range of issues in order that facilitators are able to construct their own training around their own organisational needs and requirements. The focus will be very much practice based in order that individuals have thorough and robust ways of highlighting how to sell your topic area in the delivery of training to a variety of audiences.  The main aim is to increase facilitator confidence in the training delivery.
