Stress Management & Time Management Training - One Day - T0245b

Abstract

The aim of the course is to enable participants to explore issues relating to the concepts of stress and time management in how this affects an individual’s role.  Course participants will review how the individual can respond to stress and deal with time management in and outside the workplace.  Individuals will learn how stress affects the body both physically and emotionally and how you can learn to deal with stress effectively.  You will learn a variety of stress removal and time management techniques that will help the individual in everyday work. The course is aimed at informing best practice methodology.
