Loss and Bereavement for People Affected by Multiple Sclerosis Training - One Day - T0121i
Abstract
The aim of the course is to enable participants to explore issues relating to bereavement, grief and loss and to analyse theory in relation to this area. Individuals will learn to understand the concepts of professional and personal mourning, and how to support and aid those individuals who endure bereavement and loss as a direct result of a Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Emphasis will be placed upon best practice and the issues inherent when working within this client group. Course participants will learn to support the recently bereaved and learn to work with loss in relation to MS. The purpose of this training is to inform best practice working pertaining to both practical skills, both written and verbal.
