Corporate Parenting Training - One Day - T0270

Abstract

The aim of the course is to familiarise course participants with the concepts relating to Corporate Parenting and what this means for the role of Elected Members within a Local Authority Council.  The course will focus upon best practice issues pertaining to Corporate Parenting.  Concentration will be made upon how to work together to create a Corporate Parenting Strategy that will work across service provision for the ultimate welfare of children..  A range of aspects will be addressed throughout the training to look at the various elements of Corporate Parenting and what this means for all parties concerned.
