Effective Performance Management - Two Days - T0273QU

Abstract

The aim of this training course is give course participants an insight into effective performance management and how to robustly incorporate this within their role.  Course participants will review a variety of themes pertinent to performance management issues and how to deal with this directly in the context of their own role.  Emphasis will be on assisting managers from moving from a satisfactory to a good rating of performance.  Best practice themes will be adopted throughout the training.  Course participants will undertake a test at the end of the course.
