Understanding and Assessing Attachment Issues Training - One Day - T0264QU

Abstract

The aim of the course is to familiarise children and families’ workers with the concepts surrounding attachment issues in working with children and families.  A full analysis will take place of the attachment process and how to assess this issue when working with families.  Course participants will become familiar with how to prepare assessment reports for children where attachment issues are a feature.  Best practice issues will be addressed throughout the training.  At the end of the training the course participants will undertake a knowledge based test pertaining to the content of the course delivered.
