Understanding The Professional Role of Boundaries Within Care Settings - Refresher and Update - 1 Day - T0129e

Abstract

The aim of the course is to update staff on the concept of what is meant by the terms boundary and boundary setting within care settings. Guidance will be given in this area to highlight the need for boundaries within the workplace environment.  A refresher and update of previous training will take place in an attempt to realign true professional boundaries that fits within procedural guidance.  The course is aimed at those staff who have already undertaken a two day boundaries course.
