Modernising Services Training: the Basics of Change - One Day - T0244d

Abstract

The aim of this one day session is to introduce staff to the concepts of modernising services and understand how to formulate the need for changes to services. A range of issues will be addressed on the training in order to create a truly client centred approach to practice and use this as a bedrock to future practice in the modernisation of services.
