Bullying & Harassment At Work Training - Two Days - T0206c

Abstract

The aim of this course is to familiarise course participants with the concept of bullying and harassment within workplace settings.  The course will navigate participants through the complex issues inherent within bullying and harassment allegations and how to work effectively with victims in order that allegations can be managed in a pragmatic and supportive manner.  Course participants will become familiar with best practice issues in dealing with this very difficult subject in a sensitive and calm manner.  The legal complexities of this work will be addressed throughout the training course.
