Managing And Dealing With Conflict Training - 2 Days - T0204c

Abstract

The aim of the course is to familiarise course participants with the concepts relating to conflict resolution and how to apply these principles directly in to workplace practice when working within services.  The course will recognise different aspects of conflict that professionals may encounter and be aware of different methods of resolving such conflicts with users and other professionals.  The course is directed towards those individuals who work within therapeutic settings.  A variety of issues will addressed including dealing with conflict in meetings, user issues and dealing with groups.
