Abstract

The aim of the course is to familiarise course participants with the most effective ways of working with people using counselling skills in the workplace.  This is not a training course teaching people how to be counsellors.  Emphasis will be placed upon engaging people in order to create an effective working practice and meet the needs of people.  Various methods will be reviewed in the course with direct skill application in to working practice.
