Initial Assessment Interviewing Training - One Day - T0217a

Abstract

The aim of the course is to enable participants to explore issues relating to the concepts of initial assessment interviewing. Course participants will be given an awareness in utilising this methodological framework within the workplace setting. The focus of the course will address issues pertinent to working with people who require support services. Participants will be given awareness in applying interviewing skills in the context of your client group. Participants will also learn to recognise the how to obtain holistic information in order to complete the initial assessment process.
