Investigation Skills & Disciplinary Training (2 Days) – T0195v
Abstract
The aim of the course is to familiarise practitioners in the whole concept of investigation skills within safeguarding work. Practitioners will become skilled at the investigative interviewing of vulnerable persons/witnesses in the process of giving evidence in line with Achieving Best Evidence rhetoric. The many facets of Achieving Best Evidence protocols will be explored at length in order to skill practitioners in the investigation field. Practitioners will also become familiar with the whole investigation process including the disciplinary process that sits around this.. Practice issues will be discussed in line with organisational policy and procedures.
