Abstract

The aim of the course is to enable participants to explore issues relating to the concepts of time management in how this affects an individual’s role. Course participants will review how the individual can respond to time management issues in and outside the workplace. Individuals will learn how stress affects the body both physically and emotionally and how you can learn to deal with stress effectively in dealing with time management issues. You will learn a variety of time management techniques that will help the individual in everyday work. The course is aimed at informing best practice methodology.
