Abstract

The emphasis on this course will be directed on the concept of change and how this can affect team dynamics and how to work positively with change. Team members will become familiar with understanding your own professional role and how you function within the team setting. You will identify how each of you work as a collective in maintaining cohesion within a staff team and also what aids in undermining team dynamics.
