Working With Engagement And Trauma - Reflective Practice (2 Days) - T0356a

Abstract

The course will aim to train staff in engagement and trauma issues and what this mean from a housing perspective. Emphasis will be placed upon a number of areas within the context of this course to enable staff to offer more robust support to customers affected by trauma. This will take an eclectic approach within a housing perspective in order to upskill the workforce for the duties that they undertake directly with service users. Emphasis will be placed upon best practice methodology throughout the course.
