Abstract

The aim of this course is to give course participants a comprehensive working knowledge of the Safeguarding Risk Factors in Decision-Making processes when making Panel Decisions relating to children and young people within the fostering and adoption arena. Course participants will be given thorough guidance in the procedures that should be adopted within safeguarding decision-making work from an adoption and fostering perspective and familiarise themselves with aspects of practice. The course is aimed at informing best practice.
