Behaviour Management Training - 1 Day - T0354

Abstract

The aim of the course is to familiarise course participants with the concept of behaviour management. A range of areas will be looked at to review how staff work with children and young people who challenge services and how best to manage behaviours. The complexity of this work will be addressed in order to upskill workers to make sure that they are able to offer more appropriate behavioural management supports in working practice that fits within best practice methodology.
