Anger and Managing Anger Training - 1 Day - T0348

Abstract

The aim of this course is to give staff thorough guidance in dealing with anger and managing anger when working with clients within the workplace setting. Staff will be given detailed advice and support in ways to deal with anger outbursts that individuals will come across in their workplace setting. Individuals will learn the thorough use of de-escalation and anger management techniques when working with their client grouping. The overall aim is to show a reduction in anger and aggression in the workplace through the use of conflict resolution skills.
