Abstract

The aim of this course is to give course participants a robust insight into the role of the Responsible Individual when working with children and young people. Course participants will be given thorough guidance in the Responsible Individual role that should be adopted within children and young people services that cuts across all service provision. The focus of this course will look at aspects from both a residential and educational best practice perspective.
