Dealing With Complex Situations: Carer & Care Issues - 1 Day - T0331b

Abstract

The overall aim of this course is to introduce course participants with the phenomenon of difficult care practice issues when working within a care environment. Course participants will begin to appreciate the fundamental aspects of difficult practice issues when having to support children and young people and learn how to carry out difficult discussions with confidence from a fostering or care practice perspective. This course will focus on practice with direct emphasis upon working with children, families and carers. Best practice issues will be addressed throughout the training.
