Dealing With Difficult Carers Within Fostering Services Training - 1 Day - T0331a

Abstract

The overall aim of this course is to introduce course participants with the phenomenon of difficult practice issues when working with difficult foster carers. Course participants will begin to appreciate the fundamental aspects of difficult practice within assessment, reviews and having to support foster carers and learn how to carry out difficult discussions with confidence from a fostering perspective. This course will focus on practice with direct emphasis upon working with children, families and carers. Best practice issues will be addressed throughout the training.
