Abstract

The aim of this course is to give course participants a set of skills to enhance customer service delivery throughout the organisation. Emphasis will be placed upon psychosocial interventions in how these can be used to improve customer service delivery that will get optimum results for the organisation. A range of aspects will be addressed throughout the training to equip staff with the core skills to create a professional etiquette in practice that will entice better ways of interfacing with individuals and promote best practice protocols throughout the organisation.
