Abstract

The course is designed to help staff, who have responsibility for facilitating group meetings through the person centred planning utilising the new SEN reforms, to improve their group facilitation practice. Course participants will review how key facilitation principles can be utilised in order to achieve the most effective results for children, young people and families. Best practice issues will be addressed throughout the day in order to skill practitioners to a confident and competent level.
