Abstract

The emphasis of this course will be directed upon the concept of change and communication and how this can affect team dynamics and how to work positively with change using appropriate communication. Team members will become familiar with understanding their own professional role and how you function within a team setting to promote stability. You will identify how each of you work as a collective in maintaining cohesion within a staff team and also what aids in undermining team dynamics. Emphasis will be very much in dealing with conflict in teams and how best to resolve this effectively.
