Abstract

The aim of the course is to refresh course participants with the concepts relating to safeguarding and behaviour management in order for participants to act as facilitators within their own organisational setup. The course will cover a wide range of issues in order that facilitators are refreshed around their own organisational needs and requirements. Emphasis will be placed on delivery of the clinical elements pertaining to the training process with modules developed in safeguarding and behaviour management. The facilitating role will have to feed directly in to the issues and needs of the organisation.
