Abstract

The aim of this course is to enable participants to explore issues relating to the concepts of the line management supervision of staff. Course participants will be given thorough grounding in utilising this methodological framework within the workplace setting in terms of becoming trainers around this. The focus of the course will address issues pertinent to practitioners who work within the mental health sector.  Participants will be given guidance in the line management supervision process in order to deliver training in this area of work. Participants will learn how to train in this topic area in order to apply this methodology to direct working practice.
